=1FS= reinstates the staff position Battle Management Officer (BMO).
The Battle Manager processes and administrates incoming DOW (Declarations
of War) for all =1FS= detachments, communicates with team leaders and OPPFOR
to define and determine battle and server arrangements.
UniBomBer has been assigned for the position. Therefore he has been
promoted to a commissioned officer with all the rights and duties.

is why the standard design of BAB.stats is currently showing. It should
be adapted to our site design soon.
