NATO-led peacekeepers made their fourth war crimes
arrest in three months Sunday, when British-led forces captured Bosnian
Serb Dragoljub Prcac, commander of the notorious Omarska detention camp
near the town of Prijedor in northern Bosnia-Herzegovina. A spokesman for
the NATO Stabilization Force in Bosnia (SFOR) would not offer details of
the capture, but the Belgrade-based Beta news agency reported Sunday that
SFOR troops arrested Prcac while he was driving and attempting to make
a getaway with his wife and a neighbor. According to the report, three
SFOR vehicles surrounded Prcac's car, broke the vehicle's windows and pulled
him out. The indictment of Prcac by the International Criminal Tribunal
for Yugoslavia accused him of being "criminally responsible for the acts
of his subordinates in committing crimes against humanity, including murder,
torture, rape, inhumane acts and unlawful detention in violation of the
laws and customs of war."
Additional Top Secret documents were captured along with Prcac. The
documents outline a bold plan to hold Europe hostage by using a strategy
of nuclear blackmail to advance the Bosnian Serb’s political agenda.
State Department has been approached by NATO members to ask assistance
from Allied Powers in dealing with this serious situation. SFOR has provided
intelligence confirming that the outlaw group of elite Bosnian Serb military
leaders have successfully commandeered the essential components of a top
secret cache of “Portable Tactical Nuclear Weapons” (PTNW). The nuclear
bomb components were hijacked from NBC warfare inventories owned by the
Republic of Ukraine. Ukraine has claimed not to have developed or possess
such weapons. They now admit to having and deploying the weapons, but have
lost control of them to the Bosnian Serb group. Once assembled, these Nuclear
Weapons can be handled, transported, and delivered to a target any where
by a single man. The intent of the outlaw leaders is to use the PTNW’s
as “Threat Leverage” to drive NATO forces out of the former Yugoslavia
and to continue their ethnic cleansing agenda. The rogue group of Bosnian
Serb military commanders has hired OPPFOR as mercenaries to provide physical
security for the stolen PTNW’s. CIA and NATO intelligence has learned that
the Bosnian Serb military have moved their hijacked nuclear materiel to
a super secret base in ANTARCTICA! NATO is unable to operate in Antarctica
and by trety, no national force has the authority to take military action
on the continent because of multinational agreements protecting the international
status of Antarctic scientific missions. Of course, there is no capability
to recover the stolen Nuke weapons now that an elite merc force protects
them. Central Intelligence Agency analysis indicates that the Rebels plan
to assemble the weapons, transport them back to safehouses in Europe and
use the weapons for their blackmail purposes. They expect the NATO partners
to capitulate, pull out of the region and hand over the reigns of power
to them. Further analysis indicates there is an 85% chance, however, that
the Bosnian Serb’s will actually use one or many of the weapons if NATO
does not capitulate. In this worst case scenario, it is likely that thousands
of innocent civilians and foreign nationals will die. OPPFOR is providing
security at five sites where the deadly PTNW’s are being assembled and
cached. The State Department in concert NATO has determined =1FS= as the
only covert friendly force with the background and expertise to deal with
this threat. |
