Mission accomplished. Delta Force Brazil *DFBR*
Neutralized.
The Mission was immediately compromised by severe weather (LAG). After
a brief firefight under terrible "wind conditions", both sides quickly
withdrew to wait out the storm. After the "weather" cleared the battle
resumed in earnest. =1FS= took adecisive lead immediately, and the =DFBR=
force showed a reluctance to fight from that point on. A badly out-gunned
and disorganized =DFBR= force was quickly routed by a superior =1FS= force
that out maneuvered the opposition, cutting them to pieces at their own
base of operations. The battle went so badly for the opposition that
several of their troops deserted their comrades and ran deep into the Amazon
rain forests. =1FS= was able to reduce its number of operative troops on
the ground during the engagement as a result. The enemy was neutralized
by a better trained and prepared =1FS=.
No casualties. No Wounded In Action.
Note: Brazilian liaison to CIA has collected Intel stating that the
fleeing =DFBR= deserters encountered a war-party representing a tribe of
local Amazon Indians; a tribe well known as cannibals. The hapless =DFBR=
deserters were captured, and were then eaten. The tribe made the shrunken
heads of the deserters available as souvenirs to =1FS=. Command Staff politely
declined their kind offer. |
