Mission SEEK & DESTROY ENEMY FORCE, ELIMINATE NUKE THREAT

Background State Department has been approached by the governments of India and Pakistan to ask assistance from Allied Powers in dealing with an serious and embarrassing situation that has occurred in their region. The governments of Both India and Pakistan have provided intelligence confirming that an outlaw group of elite military leaders from both countries have joined together and commandeered a top secret cache of “Portable Tactical Nuclear Weapons” (PTNW). These Nuclear Weapons can be handled, transported, and delivered by a single man. Both countries have claimed not to have developed or possess such weapons. They now admit to having and deploying the weapons, but have lost control of them to the rebel military junta. The intent of the outlaw leaders is to use the PTNW’s as “Threat Leverage” to reunite India and Pakistan under a single military dictatorship and combining the economies and resources of the region to create a new world power. The rogue commanders have hired OPPFOR as mercenaries to provide physical security for the commandeered PTNW’s. Neither India or Pakistan has the military know how or capability to recover the stolen Nuke weapons now that they are protected by an elite merc force. Central Intelligence Agency analysis indicates that the Rebels plan only to use the weapons for blackmail purposes and expect the legitimate governments to capitulate and hand over the reigns of power to them. Further analysis indicates there is a 90% chance, however, that the rebels will actually use one or many of the weapons if the legitimate governments do not capitulate. In this worst case scenario, it is likely that thousands of innocent civilians and foreign nationals will die. It is also likely that China's agendas may be influencial in destabilizing the region if the threat is not neutralized. OPPFOR is providing security at three sites where the deadly PTNW’s are being cached.

The State Department in concert with the governments of India and Pakistan have determined =1FS= is the only covert friendly force with the background and expertise to deal with this regional threat.
Objective Quickly engage and eliminate the enemy forces at the bases where the portable nuclear devices are stored. By destroying OPPFOR and recapturing these Tactical Nuclear Weapons, both the nukes and their potential usage against civilian targets will be eliminated, and the legitimate governments of India and Pakistan will remain secure.
Intelligence Reports CIA with Pentagon Intel sections reports that OPPFOR is comprised of well-trained SpecOps troops. Several have actual Combat experience and have seen action as mercenary forces in Africa, the Balkans and Central America.
